The aim of the Certificate II in Early Childhood Education and Care Pathway is to provide young people withthe opportunity to gain basic training in the sector as a means of enhancing their prospects for employmentand to prepare them for the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (entry level qualifications).
